Please read all of CPC Beauty’s policies before arriving to your reservation.


Reservations

At Color Pins Curls Beauty, our time is very valuable to ensure that we can provide our guests with the best lash style possible. For this reason, it is asked that you arrive to all reservations on time. Tardiness will only cause you to lose time from your reservation.

In the event you should be tardy, it is asked you to be considerate and call/text your Lash Stylist about the situation, so they may take the necessary action or make special arrangements, if possible.

Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes overdue you will need to reschedule and will be charged a $30 fee to the card on file for lost time to Lash Stylist. No exceptions.

When reserving services, please make sure to choose correctly. Whichever service is chosen will be service at time of reservation. The Lash Stylist has supplies already set up for sanitation purposes prior to your arrival. If you are unsure- ask your Lash Stylist.


Patch Test

Patch testing is required for all new guests to CPC Beauty. Guest safety is our main priority. Patch testing allows the guest to see how eyelash extensions feel. This also will let us know if you have any sensitivities, reactions, allergies, etc. to products used during the service. Patch test should be preformed 24-48 hours before full set service.


Payment

CPC Beauty accepts the following payments: Cash, Personal Check, Cash App, Venmo and Credit.

ALL GUESTS must have a credit card on file with CPC Beauty even if they choose to pay other methods. scheduling system to reserve an appointment.

In the event you need to reschedule, CPC Beauty asks you notify us no less than 24 BUSINESS HOURS (this means 10 am Monday for cancelling 10 am Tuesday) prior to reservation.

CPC Beauty reserves the right to charge 50% of services when cancelling less than 24 business hours, including non-communicated tardiness.

A charge of 100% of services for NO SHOW after 15 minutes of reservation.

Any guest with charges denied or disputed will be subject to denial of any/all future services from Color Pins Curls Beauty.


Photography

Your lash stylist will take pictures along your lash journey to document health of lashes and retention. These photos may be used for marketing purposes with CPC Beauty.

Please let us know VIA email to: colorpinscurlsbeauty@gmail.com, if you would not like your photos to be used.


After Hours/ Travel

If you need a reservation after lash stylists scheduled hours to “squeeze” you in. Please note there will be an additional $30 fee. We highly suggest pre-booking to ensure you get a day and time convenient for you and CPC Beauty.

If you would like us to travel to you, we do offer traveling within 20 miles of our location. We bring the lash bed and all tools needed. There is an additional $80 charge for any travel services.


Professional

Please listen to all information your Lash Stylist provides to you. This is to make sure your lashes are long lasting like our marketing states. If you choose to not listen to what your Lash Stylist provides you- you will have retention issues. CPC Beauty has a strict policy with guest complaints regarding Retention. With all the additional education your Lash Stylist has; not following rules can cause health risks for the guest, as well as other clients at risk. Not following rules and communicating with CPC can lead to Guest no longer have the privilege of booking any future appointments. This is to protect the reputable standard of CPC Beauty.

At Color Pins Curls Beauty, the satisfaction of the guestis the main priority. Prompt solutions to any problems or concerns is always important to us. All feedback, negative or positive from clients is appreciated and used to better serve all clients. Unfortunately, Color Pins Curls Beauty does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on services rendered or products sold.

ALL guests MUST fill out consent forms once a year, no exceptions to ensure they understand new policies.
